Job description

Role:

Project Support Coordinator (Up to $4000)

  • Singapore Based (Jurong)
  • 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm)
  • Salary: $3000 to $4000
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent + Preferably possesses Class 3 driving license
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines + Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Ms Outlook, Zoom etc

Job scope
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  • Draft email, typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks, escalating as necessary
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project milestones
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette
  • Other Miscellaneous Duties
