Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for Toa Payoh (Office) / Site in Singapore to oversee daily project activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment, supervise subcontractors, manage deliveries, perform site inspections with the Engineer, ensure safety and quality, and hand over completed work to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, preferably in engineering/M&E projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors/vendors and material delivery.
• Familiar with Permit-to-Work, site safety and quality control procedures.
• Able to handle site inspections, project documentation and handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute project activities per requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Oversee handling and storage of materials to minimise wastage.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors; monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely site delivery.
• Conduct inspections with Engineer and arrange client/site contractor inspections.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work compliance and safety.
• Raise NCRs for non-conforming products.
• Facilitate project handover to customers.
• Report installation progress regularly.

Site Supervisor

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) | 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)

Location: Toa Payoh (Office) / Site

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate assigned project activities in accordance with project requirements.


• Assist with the requisition of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.


• Oversee the handling, storage and usage of materials and equipment to minimise wastage.


• Supervise subcontractors and vendors and conduct daily checks on work quality and progress.


• Coordinate material deliveries with relevant parties and ensure timely delivery to site.


• Conduct incoming material and equipment inspections with the Engineer.


• Arrange site inspections with clients and main contractors and provide regular updates on installation progress.


• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and obtain the necessary Permit-to-Work before work commences.


• Communicate site changes to the drafter and ensure relevant updates are made.


• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-conforming products.


• Ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
