6723 - Export Airfreight Executive [ HAWB + MAWB ]

Export Airfreight Executive | Up to $3.8k | 5 Days | Changi

Working Day: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm | Sat 9am -1pm (After Probation alt sat)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: $3500 - 3800

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB (House Air Waybill), MAWB (Master Air Waybill), invoices, packing lists, and permits
2. Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders, and ensure space confirmation
3. Coordinate with overseas agents, airline representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely uplift of cargo
4. Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time
5. Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with relevant export regulations
6. Track and trace export shipments, proactively provide updates to customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies
7. Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier invoices
8. Maintain and update shipment records in the freight management system
9. Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
10. Support the Export Manager in process improvements and ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations
2. Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs/export regulations
3. Familiar with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One, or equivalent)
