A leading project management firm is seeking an assistant to the Project Manager who will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring project compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in construction projects. This full-time position offers a monthly salary between $3000 and $4000, based on qualifications and experience.

Job description

5 days, 8am - 5.45pm

Salary: $3000 - $4000

Working location: Islandwide based on the projects (Office at Woodlands) - will station in 1 location only

Job scope:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustment as necessary
• Communicate project status to Project Manager
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical support to project team members
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables
• Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electrical works in construction projects, with strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
