Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Manager at Marine Parade to lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels. You will own the strategy, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure campaigns stay on-brand and impactful.

With 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, you will leverage analytics to optimize performance and drive growth, reporting insights to inform senior leadership and future initiatives.

Marketing Manager

Location : Marine Parade
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM (44 hours/week)
Salary : $5800 - $6200

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels
• Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management
• Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
• Support the CMO in brand‑building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment
• Prior exposure to multi‑brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
