Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels from our Marine Parade office in Singapore.

You will drive paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content; own social strategy; collaborate with internal teams and external partners; report on performance and support brand-building and parent engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment.
• Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management.
• Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects.

Position Title : Marketing Manager

Location : Marine Parade

Working days : Monday to Friday

Working hours : 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM (44 hours/week)

Salary : $5800 - $6200
