Account Executive (Full set)

  • Working Location: Nearest MRT: Macpherson
  • Working Days: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm
  • Salary Range: $2500 - $3200

Job Description:

  • Prepare and execute tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of accounts.
  • Arrange payment schedules, update and follow up on payments, and submit daily and weekly reports to management. Work closely with management to avoid operational interruptions.
  • Responsible for auditing financial transactions and controlling accounting documents.
  • Prepare and report daily sales figures to the Director and Management.
  • Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to Director & Management.
  • Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters, including audits and GST.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as banks and government agencies regarding accounting and costing matters.
  • Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions. Ensure funds are properly disbursed and credited.
  • Manage petty cash and process reimbursements.
  • Prepare bank deposits for cash collections.
  • Handle quarterly GST submissions.
  • Prepare yearly commission statements.
  • Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, disposals, and write-offs for assets and inventory.
  • Assist with e-commerce payments.
  • Organize and file documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director & Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a minimum of a Diploma qualification in a relevant field or LCCI Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
