A leading human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients for detailed project requirements.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff strengths.
  • Track project performance and completion of goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Attend conferences and training as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
  • Adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality strategies.
  • Identify and obtain necessary support for project management.

Job description

Project Manager

  • Salary: $3800 - $4500
  • Location: Jln Lam Huat (Kranji)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 6 day
  • Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Ensure resources availability and allocation.
  5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  8. Report and escalate to management as needed.

9.Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.

10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

13. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

14. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strength, skill sets and experience levels.

15. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

16. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustment to project constraints based on financial analysis.

17. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff’s members.

18. Use and continually develop leadership skills.

19. Attend conference and training as required to maintain proficiency.

20. Perform other related duties as assigned.

21. Develop spreadsheet, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

22. Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.

23. Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.

24. Managing project administration.

25. Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.

26. Preparing any follow-on action recommendation.
