We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive people strategies that support our mission to improve lives through transformative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support talent development, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on key HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, change management, and organizational development.
- Lead the implementation of core HR programs and annual cycles such as goal setting, talent reviews, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR solutions across the business.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and industry regulations.
- Champion a positive employee experience while supporting the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) goals.
- Participate in regional/global HR projects and transformation initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a multinational or highly matrixed environment, preferably within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- In-depth understanding of local employment laws, HR best practices, and labor regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proven ability to influence, lead change, and drive HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and interpreting HR analytics to guide decisions.
