6 Months Temporary Customer Service Executive (PEDRO Retail Stores)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passionate in delivering customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers in retail stores
2. Promote products and handle customer enquiries
3. Achieve personal and shop sales target
4. Retrieve stocks for customers from stockroom/high shelves
5. Maintain cleanliness of retail floor

Requirements:

1. Singaporeans/PR only
2. Able to commit minimum 6 months and required to travel islandwide when needed
3. GCE N/O Level / NITEC
4. Strong interest in fashion-styling
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
6. Interested in Sales and enjoys meeting people
7. Available to work retail hours 5 days a week including weekends & public holidays
8. Expected to retrieve items from stockroom/shelves
9. Prior retail experience not essential
