6-Month Temp Communications Executive (Healthcare Project)

We’re looking for a 6-month temporary Communications Executive to support a digital revamp project for a healthcare organisation. If you enjoy writing, organising content, and working with different teams — this is for you!

Pay: $12 - $13/h
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Duration: 6 months
Location: Kent Ridge

What You’ll Do:

• Review and refresh website content (doctor profiles, health info, programme pages).

• Work with different teams to gather, edit, and organise content.

• Optimise webpages for better user experience and search visibility (SEO).

• Update and convert printed patient info materials into digital formats.

• Help create simple social media content (reels, posts) when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A levels/ Diploma/ Degree

• Good command of English and strong writing skills.

• Experience in copyediting is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

• Social media content experience is a bonus.

• Well-organised, good with admin tasks, and comfortable working with different people.
