6 months Temp HR Assistant ($2300/ Entry level)
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
- Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates.
- Provide support to the wellness activities e.g. distribution of goody packs.
- Create P files for new joiners.
- File all hardcopy documents into respective P-files or storage areas.
- Archive documents for resignees.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or related field.
- Prior HR experience would be advantageous.
