6 months Temp Admin (Material Master Data Executive) $16/hr

Location: Greenwich Drive, company transport provided from Serangoon MRT, Jurong West, Boon Lay MRT, Lakeside MRT, Jurong East MRT, Woodlands MRT, Choa Chu Kang MRT, Bukit Panjang

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Master Management

• Process and manage requests for new material creation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of material master data in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for material creation.
• Be the gatekeeper of good quality Material Master, and release for use in a timely manner in alignment with operational needs.

Customer Master Management

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data in the system.
• Liaise with Commercial & APAC MDM Team to ensure correct vendor information is maintained.

Vendor Master Management

• Process vendor master requests and updates.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Vendor master data in the system.
• Liaise with Procurement, Finance & APAC MDM Team to ensure correct vendor information is maintained.

Customer Reporting & Issue Resolution

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for customers.
• Handle new reporting requirements from customers, ensuring their needs are met with accurate and high-quality data.
• Work with internal teams and customers to identify and resolve any discrepancies in reports.

Requirements:
