6 Months Part Time Locum Patient Service Associate (Office Hours / GOVT Healthcare) #HAL

Salary: $13/hr (no CPF), part-time

Working Hours: Mostly office hours. Schedule will be pre-planned, e.g., 3 days per week, 5 days per week, or no activation.

Location: Mainly North / Northeast Singapore. Islandwide travel may be required, depending on event locations and mobile bus schedules. When no events are scheduled, PSAs will be based at a Polyclinic.

Job Description:

• Responsible for reception of patients at diagnostics centres and/or mobile fleet locations.
• Support patient service functions including registration, appointment scheduling, handling queries, billing & payment collection, and general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min / N / A Levels / Diploma in any field.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends when assigned to projects.
