A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Support Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support to HR Business Partners, coordinating interviews, and maintaining HR documentation. Candidates should possess a diploma and have at least three months of administrative experience.
Location: One-North
Job Scope:
• Providesupport to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
• Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
• Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
• Recruitment for Intern/Temp Staff and support on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
• Process invoices.
• Maintain proper HR documentation.
• Draft weekly new hire welcome note for HR.
• Maintain a proper filling system and documentation, and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
• Any other HR related admin and project works.
Requirements:
• Min diploma in any field
• Min 3 months admin experience
