Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Business Partners in a variety of HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
• Ad hoc Human resources duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business/Human Resources with some internship experinces in Human Resources will be advantageous

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
