Job description

Job Scope:

  • Identify trainers and trainees based on set criteria (leave, case needs, etc.)
  • Coordinate with HR, Training, Staffing, and Supervisors to update training participants
  • Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards for participant status, travel, and leave
  • Launch surveys for logistics and update systems
  • Track leave plans and ensure they meet guidelines
  • Handle training-related queries
  • Prepare reports with scores, feedback, and highlights
  • Prepare and send nomination lists
  • Track responses and follow up on pending reviews
  • Update feedback lists and assist in compiling results
  • Pull and store raw HR data (e.g. staffing, mentor-mentee)
  • Regularly update dashboards
  • Assist with visa/employment letters and verification
  • Manage leave reporting and coordinate updates with relevant teams
  • Submit tickets to update HR system (Workday) and track people movements
  • Draft memos for flexible work programs
  • Monitor shared HR mailbox
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed
