Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a six-month contract Executive in Trade Execution in Singapore. You will work with the team across markets to execute trades, confirm FX, and settle derivatives.

Responsibilities include FX confirmations, settlements, and documentation with banks. Prior FX mid-office experience in a bank is required; back-office exposure is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in FX Mid office in a Bank.
• Experience in FX Mid office/ Back office is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of letter of credit - UCP DC rules & ISBP guidelines, its terms and applications.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point.
• Knowledge of Interest Rate Hedging and cash flow settlements.

• Manage FX settlements with banks and movement of funds to settle trades.

• Coordinate with treasury for SBLC / payment settlements for transactions.
• Maintain trade MIS related to execution and maturity and coordinate with offshore operations for reconciliation.

• Work together with existing team in Singapore and other markets for execution of trade.

• Handling FX settlements with banks, movement of funds to settle trade transaction
• Underlying document submission with banks for FX bookings and Settlements
• Work together with other traders and liaise with treasury for issuance of SBLC / payment settlement for transactions being executed.
• Work together with Traders to maintain trade MIS relating to execution and maturity and co-ordinate reconciliation with offshore operations team.
• at least 3 years relevant work experience in FX Mid office in a Bank
• Experience in FX Mid office/ Back office is an added advantage
• Understanding on FX settlements with banks on maturity dates
