Job summary

A leading company in automation solutions is seeking an Automation Developer to contribute to designing and optimizing workflows using RPA tools like UiPath and Power Automate. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has relevant experience in HR Systems and automation, with strong analytical skills to enhance operational efficiency and generate insightful reports for management decisions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UiPath or similar RPA tool.
  • Knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job description

  • Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of automated workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize automation flows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for automation and enhancing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions
  • Provide first-level support and solutions for HR Systems-related issues and requests from the Group Office HR Operations team
  • Serve as a liaison between HR Operations and Group HRIS for system issues, solutions, and enhancement requests
  • Represent the Group Office HR Operations team on system-related task groups
  • Gather and research HR data from multiple sources
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review and decision-making, including manpower reports, attrition reports, recruitment reports, and Group HR budget and expenses reports.
  1. Education/Training/Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UiPath, Power Automate development or any RPA tool
    • Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
    • Forward-thinking, positive-minded, results-oriented, and energetic individual who is meticulous and able to work in a complex and dynamic environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
