Jobscope:

• Objective – To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
• Migrate/guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/IB
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking, etc.
• Attend to corporate account customers to fill up forms if online application is rejected.
• Assist customers to submit e-financing.
• Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required.
• Must be comfortable standing the whole day
• Dress code: Plain black top with dark coloured jeans/pants
• Pro-active (not afraid to take initiative to approach customers)
