Job description

Job Responsibilities

Migrate/guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/IB
Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning of documents, and document checking
Attend to corporate account customers to assist with form filling if online application is rejected
Assist customers in submitting e-financing
Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required
