1. Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and maintain payroll records.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
2. HRIS Management
- Maintain and update employee information on HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Generate HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by management.
- Support HR system enhancements and ensure data integrity and security.
3. Leave & Attendance Management
- Track and process leave applications, absences, and time-off balances.
- Ensure accurate updates of attendance and leave data in HRIS.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in statutory filings, such as CPF, IR8A, and other regulatory submissions.
- Prepare internal HR and payroll reports for management review.
5. Ad-hoc HR Support
- Provide support for HR operations, audits, and HR-related projects.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with finance or other departments for payroll-related reconciliations.
6. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and HRIS efficiency.
- Document processes and standard operating procedures for payroll and HRIS.
