Key Responsibilities:
KYC Account Onboarding & Periodic Review
- Ensure client onboarding and account reviews adhere to internal AML/KYC standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct due diligence checks, corroborate KYC information, and ensure completeness and relevance of data submitted.
- Collaborate with RMs to complete client acceptance forms, profiling, and required reports or checklists for account approval.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the account opening/review process and coordinate with relevant parties (e.g. Compliance, Client Management) for timely resolution.
- Escalate red flags and ensure timely follow-up on prioritized or high-risk cases.
- Prepare KYC screening documentation for both new and existing clients.
- Address stakeholder enquiries professionally, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
Change Management & Process Improvement
- Support management in preparing reports for review and control evaluation.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and meet team KPIs.
- Keep RMs informed of any operational process changes that affect Account Management workflows.
Control & Compliance
- Implement and follow operational permanent control procedures in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Promptly report any incidents related to Account Management in accordance with the internal reporting policy.
