Job Description

  • Perform recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is carried out in accordance with SOP.
  • Work closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
  • Manage the onboarding of new hires and exit procedures efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide manpower reporting and analysis, including recruitment and attrition data.
  • Engage regularly with line managers and department heads to understand and advise on ground issues.
  • Provide solutions to issues raised by managers and collaborate with HR departments to implement solutions.
  • Guide and assist department heads in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Work with HODs to ensure the Talent Identification programme is effectively implemented.
  • Follow up on TI/SP review action items.
  • Coordinate L&D course scheduling and nominations for ad hoc courses.
  • Plan and organize non-cluster courses aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to start on short notice.
