Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is looking for a finance-focused professional deployed to Bukit Merah. The role covers costing, management accounting, AR/GL activities, and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

You will join a team with standard 44 hours per week, working Mon-Thu 8:30am–6:30pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm with a lunch break. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,900 per month.

• Experience in finance functions including costing and management accounting.
• Experience with accounts receivable or general ledger activities.
• Ability to report to internal and external parties regularly.
• Collaborates with other domains on finance matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle/assist finance-related functions including costing, management accounting, and governance matters.
• Perform accounts receivable or general ledger tasks including billing and collections.
• Coordinate with other domains on finance-related topics and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external parties on assigned duties.

Job description

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: 44 hours per work week

Mon to Thurs: 830am– 630pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

Fri: 830am – 530pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

Salary range: $2500 - $2900

Responsibilities:

• a. Handle/assist Finance related functions in following areas:
• i. Financial
• ii. Costing and Management Accounting
• iii. Corporate Governance matters
• b. Perform Account Receivable or General Ledger related functions including billing, manage collection and preparing schedules.
• c. Work closely with other domains on Finance related matters
• d. Reporting to various internal and external parties on assigned duties a regular basis
