6 Months Contract Bank UAT Tester/Business Analyst (Payments Testing) #BLM

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
2. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
3. Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
4. Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate the functionality of the core banking system. Document UAT results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Develop comprehensive test scripts based on user requirements and FSD. Ensure test scripts cover all functional scenarios and edge cases.
6. Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
