• Gather and analyze requirements for KYC centralization
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budget
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with the project for eg, regulatory, outsourcing and technology risks
• Obtain necessary internal approvals required during the entire lifecycle of the project
• Prepare and assist in obtaining regulatory approval, if required
• Organize Project Working Group and Project Sterling Committee
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting of project status to various senior stakeholders and Committees on a regular basis
• Assist in the preparation of business requirement document
• Assist or coordinating in the preparation of test scripts and also testing of the scripts, if required
