6 months contract Assistant Manager/Manager, HR Business Partner (Healthcare) #HZT

This role involves managing various HR functions within the healthcare sector, including recruitment, employee relations, and training coordination.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform the recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, to onboarding new employees.
  2. Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process complies with SOPs.
  3. Work closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments.
  4. Implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
  5. Manage onboarding and exit processes efficiently.
  6. Provide manpower reporting and analysis, including recruitment and attrition data.
  7. Engage regularly with line managers and Department Heads to understand and address ground issues.
  8. Offer solutions to issues raised by managers and collaborate with HR departments to implement them.
  9. Guide Department Heads in resolving employee relations issues.
  10. Plan and coordinate engagement sessions for DyCE and follow up on arising matters.
  11. Coordinate with L&D for course scheduling and nominations, including non-cluster courses aligned with business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Ability to manage high-volume activities and maintain data confidentiality
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT skills to handle large datasets
