6 Months Contract Assistant Manager / Manager for Healthcare Govt Project Team #HZT
- Perform required administrative tasks to support assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), services, or programmes.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned operating units/areas, services, or programmes.
- Collaborate with clinical disciplines, operations, and clinical teams to ensure discharge resources and care path are communicated and roll out as planned.
- Ensure that relationships with care partners (internal and external) are maintained across the continuum of care
- Track and monitor relevant datasets.
- Prepare and assist in analysis of reports.
- Assist in set up/ maintenance of discharge planning resources.
- Assist in drafting reports, papers and other documents as required.
Project management (20%)
- Support supervisor, clinical liaisons to initiate and manage projects relating to clinical pathway and operational process development/ enhancement.
- Ensure that planned projects are managed, communicated, and rolled out accordingly to planned timeline and budget.
Service and programme performance (20%):
- Assist to ensure that volume and financial targets for the assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), services or programmes are achieved.
- Assist to ensure that the programme operates within budget allocated.
- Ensure that all service and operations standards and requirements are fulfilled.
- Design and implement department’s tracking and monitoring systems.
- Assist in identifying planning and implementation of changes required to improve service levels and better achieve PHC/departmental goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience (Assistant Manager/Manager)
- Relevant/related working experience in community care/ communications/ project management/ quality improvement will have advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office applications.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate effectively to the intended target audience
- Possess good interpersonal and strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
