Job description

Salary: Up to $4600

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Novena

Working Days & Hours: 5 DAYS Office Hours

Job Description:

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts, including account payable, account receivable and general ledger
• Ensure the accounts are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of fund utilisation reports to donors
• Ensure compliance with charity regulations
• Yearly submission of donations details to IRAS
• Assist in preparation of financial audit and co-ordination with auditor in completing the audit
• Monitor and ensure compliance to internal control procedures and regulatory requirements, identify areas for continual improvement;
• Provide assistance in grant related matters;
• -rovide ad-hoc (non-accounting) support to colleagues for major events;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors;

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy, or ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Minimally 2 Years of related Experience
