Job Description:

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Ensure that accounts are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Assist in preparing fund utilization reports for donors.
4. Ensure compliance with charity regulations.
5. Prepare and submit yearly donation reports to IRAS.
6. Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors to complete the audit process.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements, and identify areas for continual improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA certification.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
