Job description

Job Responsibilities

Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/ IB
Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
Attend to corporate account customers to fill up forms if online applications are rejected.
Assist customers to submit e-financing.
Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required.
