6 Months Bank Digital Ambassador (Chinatown) (Up to 3k)

• Migrate/guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/IB
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• Administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, and document checking
• Attend to corporate account customers to fill up forms if online applications are rejected
• Assist customers in submitting e-financing applications
• Perform duties of Service Support Officer as required
