Job description

• 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
• Marketing Department
• MUST be proficient in designing (ie. creating of visuals, EDMs)
• 6 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Support the central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
2. Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
3. To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
4. Working with various teams to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
5. Support the Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
6. Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation
7. Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
