A leading company is looking for an administrative support staff for a 6-month contract. The role includes managing stationery inventory, assisting in logistics for school events, and preparing meeting rooms. Ideal candidates should have at least a GCE A level qualification or a diploma, exhibiting organizational skills to effectively support office operations.
6 months contract - 1st July 2025 - 6 Months
8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
• Manage the stationery inventory
• Issue stationery to staff
• Prepare the meeting rooms ready for meetings
• Assist in the logistic for all school events
• Assist in the printing for faculty
• Plan and arrange office rooms for the visiting staff and other academic staff
• Any other adhoc duties as required
Requirement
• Minimum GCE A level/ Diploma in any field
