6 Months - 1 Year Temp Call Centre Agents (Govt Project) - UBI / $13/HR #ECT

Scope:

• Act as the first point of contact for the customers.
• Support client’s calls using the following sites.
• Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary.
• Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.
• Commit to 6 months - 1 year (extendable).
