Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

a) Purchase Requisitions and Facilities Support

• Validate purchase requisitions to ensure completeness and accuracies and update them into the relevant system for approvals.

• Follow-up with buyer on lead time and delivery schedule.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of building maintenance including repairs, preventative maintenance schedules and emergency responses.

• Manage relationships with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, HVAC, and other maintenance needs.

• Manage the cleanroom supplies and equipment, ensure adequate stock levels and perform timely procurement.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans and procedures.

b) Warehouse and Logistics Support

• Receive and process incoming goods such as stock and raw materials

• Unpack goods and verify items against purchase orders.

•Inspect and examine goods for defects, damage or missing parts before putting to stock.

•Pick and pack items for customer orders or production request.

• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required and assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficient in relevant systems such as ERP systems.

• Competent in Microsoft Office application such as Excel.

• Good organizational skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task.

• Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
