Careers in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer (Automation Control) to design, develop, and maintain software for automated equipment at customer sites in Singapore. You will work on PLCs, motion controllers, and modern PC-based programming, collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Eng or CS, at least 1 year in automation, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the automation industry.
• Proficient in PC-based programming, such as Visual C#.
• Familiar with PLC programming, such as Omron or Beckhoff.
• Familiar with motion controllers and actuators, such as IAI or AD Link.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.
