Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Management Executive in Singapore to oversee orders, quotations, pricing and lead times, ensuring timely fulfilment.

You will coordinate project awards, changes, and NPI, maintain SAP data, monitor delivery commitments, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep customers updated.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in order management, program coordination, customer service or supply chain preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, quotations, pricing, lead times and purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate new project awards, engineering changes, project kick-offs, NPI and First Article activities.
• Maintain SAP sales orders and master data, including pricing, costing, margins, order revisions and commit dates.
• Monitor customer delivery commitments and coordinate pull-in/push-out requests with internal teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Order Management teams to resolve order, delivery and invoicing issues.
• Track finished goods, documentation, POLTR, LLI and phase-in/phase-out activities.
• Coordinate sellback/buyback transactions and onsite repair or rework activities when required.
• Maintain accurate order and project records and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
