Summary :

• 5 DAYS WORK, Office Hour

Key Responsibility :

• Develop and improve chemical formulas for cleaners and MRO products

• Test products for performance, safety, stability, and shelf life

• Choose suitable raw materials based on quality, cost, and regulations

• Work with QC, Production, Sales, and other teams

• Prepare samples for customer trials and follow up on feedback

• Ensure compliance with safety and chemical regulations across regions

• Keep clear records of formulations, tests, and procedures

• Help solve product issues and create custom blends for clients

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Job Requirements :

• Minimum with Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the hygiene and cleaning industry as well as maintenance, repair, overhaul industries.
