Responsibilities

• Greet and orientate visitors and patients at the lobby.
• Assist with online check-in and self-help kiosks.
• Support crowd control and monitor traffic flow.
• Prevent tailgating and ensure safety at gantries.
• Conduct basic cleanliness checks in waiting areas and toilets.
• Attend to enquiries and feedback from the public.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Contract Duration: Till 31 March 2026

Working Hours:
5.5 Days Week (Monday to Saturday)

Shift 1:

• Monday to Friday:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
