Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to provide support with filing, data entry, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers Monday to Friday working hours, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and detail-oriented tasks.

Job description
Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining HR records
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Help coordinate interviews and schedule appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Any other admin or HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Basic administrative or HR experience preferred, but not required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
