3PL Operations Executive [Freight Services / Junior or Senior Level]

Job summary:

• Basic up to $3800 + OT + AWS + VB

• Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm ; Saturday : 9am to 1pm

• Working location : East area

• The company is a freight forwarding company

• Entry level position, training is provided

• The candidate can be considered for the Senior Operations Executive role with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, handling both import and export for air and sea

Job scope:

• Assist with permit declaration

• Monitor import and export shipments

• Prepare shipping documents, including airway bills and bills of lading

• Perform data entry tasks

• Inspect cargo in the warehouse

• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

• Possess some knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage

• Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails
