Summary:

• 5 days (Monday - Friday), 8.30am - 6pm

• Develop and implement customized logistics strategies to address the unique needs of clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients, ensuring smooth communication and building lasting relationships.

• Manage business performance, identify service gaps, and work with operations to enhance service efficiency.

• Oversee contract renewals, negotiate rates, and finalize service agreements with existing clients.

• Lead and support project implementation, providing improved supply chain solutions.

• Monitor service performance, drive ongoing process improvements, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields are welcome to apply
