3months HR Executive (Healthcare) #HYN

We are hiring Temp HR Executive to be outsourced to a renowned Healthcare Instutition.

Job Scope:

• To assist on the payroll processing (main cycle and off cycle), CPF submissions, including the timely submission of the claims

• Provide daily administrative support for the HR departments in the organisation

• Check and update databases

• Extracting of data, preparation of reports and paperwork for meetings

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

Working Hours:

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in any studies

• Candidates with some admin experience will be advantageous

• Min. commitment of 3 months or more
