About the role

As a 3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and animations that bring our ideas to life. You will work closely with our 3D lead and Art Directors, from Mesh Collective’s brands, to ensure that our projects meet the standards of quality. Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality 3D product renders, animations, and visual effects for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and websites.

- Ensure that 3D visuals are delivered on time and meet the required technical specifications.

- Create compelling storyboards and effectively communicate ideas for 3D animation production.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and video production.

- Experiment with new techniques and tools, to improve the quality and expand 3D skill sets.

Requirements

- Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

- Excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Knowledge of 3D animation production processes, including editing and compositing.

- 3D modelling and good understanding of topology are a plus.

- Prior experience preferred in motion graphics design, animation, or related fields.

- Experience working in an agency or creative environment would be a bonus.

- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D renders and animation work is required.
