Job summary

JOHN SMITH INTERIOR PTE. LTD.

is seeking an interior drafter to prepare and produce interior drawings, including as-built plans, and to manage 3D renders from concept to installation. You will develop 2D space planning on layout plans, create 3D rendering visuals and hand-drawn perspectives with detailed materials and furnishings chosen to exact specifications, and work closely with Interior Designers to revise drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce interior drawings, as-built drawings.
• 3D render: managing and developing projects from concept stages to final installation.
• Produce 2D space planning on layout plans; develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawings and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications.
• Work closely with Interior Designers to revise drawings and layout.
