Job summary

INTER-TEAM FURNITURE WORK is seeking a design professional to craft 3D renderings and accurate drawings, with involvement from tender to construction. You will lead space planning, concept sketches, and client interactions, ensuring projects meet aesthetic and functional goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture and has at least 2 years in commercial interior fit-out; proficiency in 3D Max or AutoCAD is required, with Mandarin-English bilingual

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in interior design or architecture.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out.
Ability to draft 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
Proficient with 3D Max, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus for communication with Mandarin-speaking carpenters.

Responsibilities

Prepare 3D renderings with your own approach, space planning and projection drawings.
Present finalized concepts to the team and clients.
Be involved from tender stage through construction stage.
Demonstrate strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production.
Demonstrate good client management skills.
Show experience in space planning, conceptual design and sketching.
Demonstrate awareness of furniture and materials.
