Job summary

The Makers is seeking a 3D Graphic Designer (Events Specialist) to craft high-impact visuals for live events in Singapore. You will design stage backdrops, booth graphics, signage, and environmental graphics that align with our brand identity and event objectives.

Join a fast-paced team creating experiential brand experiences across Southeast Asia, collaborating with event producers, clients, and 3D vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
• 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of event-related work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) including After Effects is a plus.
• Experience with large-format and environmental graphics.
• Knowledge of print production and fabrication processes.
• Able to interpret briefs and create visuals with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact event visuals including stage backdrops, booth graphics, signage, banners, photo walls, LED screens, etc.
• Work closely with event producers and clients to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Design for digital + print formats: social media promos, eDMs, posters, flyers, event decks
• Ensure all materials align with brand identity and event objectives
• Collaborate with 3D designers, fabricators, and vendors to finalize artwork for production
• Assist with pitch visuals, mood boards, and mockups for proposals
• Manage multiple design timelines and adapt quickly to changes in scope

Role Summary

We’re seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for layout, branding, and environmental design—someone who understands how visuals guide, excite, and engage people in real-world event spaces.
