A leading company in the F&B sector is looking for a driven individual to manage outlet design and maintenance projects. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with licensing, and maintaining overall service quality. Candidates with a Diploma in a relevant field and experience in design software are highly preferred. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Involves in department Project including but not limited to on outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
Provide maintenance support for outlet facilities, promptly responding to service calls and enquiries.
Ensure the timely renewal of electrical licenses and oversee routine maintenance activities, such as quarterly air-conditioning servicing, resolving floor clogging issues, renewing fire extinguishers, and managing pest control reporting.
Liaise and coordinate with operations employees and external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance works.
Obtain tender quotes prior to appointing service providers for maintenance or repair works.
Apply for necessary work permits from malls, SMRT, or HDB before commencing any relevant works.
Prepare and maintain monthly maintenance records, reports, service contract updates, payment request and other administrative documentation.
Monitor the schedule regularly and ensure completion of projects in time.
Understand and address safety and risk considerations for each outlet.
Conduct basic fault diagnostics before escalating issues to service providers.
Address and resolve outlet complaints in a professional manner, including coordinating with mall management when necessary.
Responsible for designing outlet layout and floor planning using 3D Max and Autocad.
Possess graphic design skills is in advantage to assist with minor design-related tasks when required.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in relevant filed.
Experience in Interior Design, renovation project and possess 3D Max and Auto Cad skills would have an added advantage.
Resourceful, highly motivated and able to work independently.
Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
A good team player with good inter-personal and communication skill.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility to address operational inquiries, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.
Graduate with design proficiency are welcome to apply.
